literally bro I wish instead of noburp it was nofart and I could only burp and never fart. it would be more socially acceptable that way. because of the extreme volume of gas trapped in my intestines i have awful gas and it’s very loud and embarrassing. the only way to control it is to simply hold it in and wait till I’m all alone and can let it out without judgment. which of course causes severe cramps and gas pains, sometimes to the point where I’m quite literally doubled over and have to go home from work/class for the day. having social anxiety and likely IBS/SIBO doesn’t help me either.

And then proceeded to adjust valve No. 7....? Shouldn't this have been No. 6 by the 'rule of nine'? Sorry to be critical but I don't think I would have used an adjustable spanner (wrench here in Massachusetts) for fear of rounding off the flats. Good video otherwise! Well, the best way to refurb this is but installing a 101a or b network made by western electric 10$ and a 2 lead capacitor, also maybe put a real vintage #5 western dial ( also western electric is the one who probably made the phone) either them or kellogg

is extremely tight pressure in stomach is symptom of rcpd i can't burp for sure..and I'm facing alot of gi issues...and the worst issue is the tight pressure and Knotted feeling...is this related to rcpd??

Thanks for sharing your story - You hit the nail on the head. I have basically the same issue, never been able to burp normally. I feel so horrible after ive eaten and especially after drinking some carbonated drinks. Especially beer, and i love beer. I usually go to the bathroom and use my fingers to scream out a big burp, but its so embarassing. Im 29 now, and ive had this issue since i was born, always feeling like a balloon & being the "fart guy". It's time for me to seek help now, thanks for inspiring me. I just watched this I have been busy so am catching up . Back when I had my moggy I looked at referrbng the engine myself and also buying a recon. Then a mate suggested I used a local engine referb company and I ended up with a fully recon engine for a lot less than buying one. Perhaps something you could consider in the future when you become rich and famous, Great to see you coming back to the surface. Very best wishes to you for the new year.

If your serious about buying a Morris Minor as a daily driver bear in mind that the chassis components (Nuffield) are held together by BSF nuts and bolts whereas the engines and transmissions on the OHV Minors are of Austin origin and use American sizes (UNF) which means you'll need two sets of spanners and socket, A/F, (Across Flats) for the Unified nuts and bolts and BSW/BSF spanners for the BSF nuts and bolts. If you can't find new the hit the autojumbles!

I’ve never been able to burp and always had severe intestinal gas pain but I gained a lot of weight and my symptoms changed a year and half ago. I was diagnosed a few months back with RCPD, I have an appt to see about Botox injections later this month. The bloating and gas pain in the chest is almost constant and extremely painful and anxiety inducing. I can find myself forcing out the croaking noise for long periods of time with no relief. I have lost some weight that has reduced my symptoms by quite a bit the last few months, but it’s still not fun. at least now I have a reason for never being able to burp, now if only my gastroenterologist hadn’t put me through a colonoscopy, endoscopy, hydrogen breath test & barium swallow before the manometry test all in a 6 month period, Because that was the second factor.

Good to see another video on Jean the Morris Minor. I have a daily driver project moggie too, Mabel ,a 1965 saloon. I paid too much for her and every weekend seems to be spent fixing something (Much to my wife's and daughter's annoyance ). Mabel is the only way I can get to work, so I do feel your pain to some extent. A mate's wife recently suggested that I "buy a real car", ouch. The truth is that I hate driving, except when I am in Mabel (if she is working ok). Keep up the good work, I've found your videos really helpful. Cheers Andy
